The Wallowa Union Railroad and Friends of the Joseph Branch reserve the right to make changes to the schedule if unforeseen circumstances make them necessary.

2024 Cancellation Policy

If the passenger cancels: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another passenger or to another excursion date for an additional ticketing fee. If rebooking isn’t possible due to medical reasons or other uncontrollable conditions, tickets may be refunded minus a $10 per ticket processing fee, upon approval by the reservations manager. Please call the reservations manager at the depot, 541-437-3652, at least two weeks prior to your excursion date to request changes to your reservation. Thank you.

If the Eagle Cap Excursion Train cancels: If for some reason (weather, fire hazard, government restriction, track or equipment problem or other) ticket holders may choose to transfer to another ride or receive a full refund, less the $2 per ticket booking fee.
